We poll the Lodgify v1 and v2 APIs continuously: every new booking is mirrored, every guest message is delivered through the same Lodgify thread your guest already trusts (and Airbnb relays correctly), every cancellation revokes access — safely, with a defensive direct-fetch fallback that prevents accidental access revocation when Lodgify pagination shifts a booking.

Per-booking guest credentials, valid only when the booking is.

For every confirmed reservation we provision a 2N Access Commander user with credentials valid from check-in 14:00 to check-out 11:15. The guest receives a QR-code that opens the gate and front door. License-plate registration triggers the front-gate to open automatically. When a booking gets cancelled or changed, the credential is revoked or shifted within the hour.

At 14:00 on the arrival day we tell LG Procentric to activate the room: the TV welcomes the guest by name, hospitality services unlock, the in-room experience is configured per booking. At 11:15 on departure day, services revoke, ready for the next booking.

ID verification, done properly.

Most check-in tools accept any photo at all — we've literally watched a screenshot of a foot pass as ID at a competitor. We do this differently.

  • Smart camera capture. Guests photograph their ID directly from a browser. No native app. No file uploads from a gallery full of screenshots.
  • BSN auto-redacted before storage. The Dutch BSN field is masked with a solid black band over the MRZ zone — processed server-side before the file is ever written to disk.
  • Branded watermark. Every image gets a diagonal "Villa Savannah · booking #X · for registration only · YYYY-MM-DD" overlay. Useless if exfiltrated, traceable if leaked.
  • Encrypted & auto-deleted. Stored encrypted at rest. Automatically removed seven days after check-out. Every view in the admin is audit-logged.

Why we built this

Built for our own villa, before we made it available to others.

We run Villa Savannah. Like most hosts, we lived in three tools: Lodgify for bookings, 2N for the gate, LG for the TV stack — plus Duve to glue the guest experience on top. Duve worked, but it was a generic SaaS layer that didn't actually talk to our access hardware or our in-room system. We were paying for a dashboard, not for orchestration.

So we built PMS Logic. It's the layer that we wanted: opinionated about the integrations that matter for vacation rentals, white-labelled per property, and architected to add new tenants without the platform-tax pricing. If you run a villa or a boutique stay on a similar stack, we'd like to talk.
